What is the recharge time for Surron ebike models ?

All Surron models will charge from under 20% to 100% in 3-4 hours using a standard wall plug and original charger that comes with your surron electric bikes.

Do Surron ebike models have regular service/maintenance intervals ?

Yes. Please refer to your owner’s handbook for service/maintenance intervals. Depending on the type of service and skill level required, us or the owner can conduct these operations.

Are Surrons street legal/road legal ?

Surron electric bikes have street legal versions like Light Bee L1E, Ultra Bee L3E and Storm Bee Enduro/road legal (see more on our shop page). Surron off road models are sold with the sole intention for off road or race track use only. This product or products may not comply with some State, Federal, Provincial and/or Local laws, ordinances, regulations. The buyer takes full responsibility of the use of these products on their vehicle which may or may not conform to all applicable laws and regulations for on road or highway use.

Do you guys ship worldwide and what are shipping durations ?

We ship internationally to 65 countries around the globe. Shipping is currently unavailable for African countries excluding South Africa (shipping available) and countries such as Afghanistan, Palestine, Bangladesh, Guatemala, El Savador, Jamaica, Sri Lanka, Viet Nam, Kosovo, Fiji, Indonesia etc.

In order ease and speed up delivery process, we have established warehouses in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. Estimated delivery times varies from 3-6 days for orders within USA and 7-20 days for international orders depending on your Geographic location.
